Pre Engineered buildings
Pre‐engineered steel buildings (PEB) are a steel structures built over a structural concept of primary members, secondary members, roof and wall sheeting connected to each other and various other building components. These buildings can be provided with different structural and non‐structural additions such as skylights, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, louvers, roof monitors, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, fascia, canopies, crane systems, insulation etc., based on the customer’s requirements.
Types of PEB Buildings
Clear Span Building
Advantages: Obstruction free interiors with columns placed within the girt space, allowing walls to be finished in an unbroken straight line.
Suited for: Convenience Stores, Small Office Buildings and Banks
Multi Span Building with Cranes and Mezzanine
Advantages: Maximum width at lowest cost when interior columns do not conflict with floor panels.
Suited for: Manufacturing facilities and Warehouses
High Bay & Low Bay Building
Advantages: Internal walls can be finished in unbroken straight lines capturing interior columns (exterior columns are in girt space).
Suited for: Large Retail Stores and Warehouses
Multi Storey Building
Advantages: Maximum width at lowest cost and drains rainwater away from primary access.
Suited for: Retail Stores, Office Complexes, and Shopping Centers
